This is a general price list for my services. Prices will vary based on a number of factors, including how soiled the item is, what the item is made of, and how much furniture in a room needs to be moved.
When pricing a room where with furniture, you are only charged for the square footage of the area cleaned. You are not charged for the whole room or “Wall-to-Wall.”

Carpet Cleaning Prices:
Residential carpet: 34-38¢ per square foot
Empty Rate: “Whole House, Move in, Move out Special” 30¢ per square foot
Steps: $3 ea. (12 steps = $36, 15 Steps = $45, etc.)
Upholstery Cleaning Prices:
Sofa: $85-$120
Love Seat: $65-$95
Chair: $35-$65
Dining Room Chairs: $5-$20
